We designed Ride Spot as a toolkit to build an active community around your shop. When you invite customers to join you on Ride Spot, you build powerful connections to your store that increase event participation, store traffic and brand loyalty. Here are some ways to get your riders on board and in the saddle.
ADD A RIDE SPOT BANNER TO YOUR WEBSITE
Grab a web banner from our resources page or create your own and link it to your Affiliate profile on Ride Spot. To find your Profile URL, log out of your Affiliate account, log in as an Individual, and find your Profile by searching the name in the "Who to Follow" section.
SHARE ON SOCIAL MEDIA
Share a "Join us on Ride Spot" post on social media inviting your riders to follow you on the platform. Create your own post, or pull one from our social media toolkit.
INTRODUCE RIDE SPOT TO YOUR EMAIL LIST
Announce your presence on Ride Spot in your next email campaign and invite everyone to join the platform and follow you.
A ROUTE FOR EVERY RIDE
Hang a RideCard on every bike in your shop to move the conversation past the transaction and help customers envision how much fun they'll have riding their new bike.
MAKE RIDE SPOT PART OF EVERY INTERACTION
Ask your staff to mention Ride Spot in regular customer interactions and invite them to join.
HOST A RIDE SPOT CLINIC
Offer a free 20-minute clinic to share how Ride Spot works and why it's a great tool for every rider. Use the platform's non-riding Event feature to plan and promote the clinic.
CREATE A NEW-RIDER CHALLENGE
Use the Challenge feature to create a simple riding challenge and invite new riders to participate. Once they ride the route, they can come into the store for a reward of your choosing.
